Welcome to the Calhoun County Supervisor of Elections Website!

EMERGENCY RULE

Florida Secretary of State Laurel M. Lee has issued the following emergency rules concerning the Candidate Petition Process and Candidate Qualifying Papers in order to limit person-to-person contact.

Emergency Rule 1SER20-1 - Designation of Division of Elections as Filing Office for Department of State; Requirements for Candidate Qualifying Papers; Withdrawal of Candidacy.

Allows qualifying papers to be submitted by email thereby removing the requirement that qualifying papers be filed in person. Qualifying papers must be attached in .pdf format. Qualifying fees may be submitted by USPS mail or delivery service. Qualifying forms have been updated to reflect the notary statement accordingly.
