Civil Rights Restoration

Restoration of civil rights restores the right to vote, serve on a jury, and hold public office. Certain types of occupations may also require restoration of civil rights prior to applying.

Restoration of Civil Rights does not include the right to own or possess a firearm.

For information about restoration of civil rights, as well as an application (both printable and online), please visit the Florida Commission on Offender Review website.
